The personal information that you disclose to us is only used for the purpose of ensuring that your order is correctly fulfilled, and to inform you of its progress.
You have right of access, rectification and deletion of the data that is held about you, according to the “Data Processing Rights” Act of 6 January 1978. To exercise this right, you should send us a letter by post to FORMES, Online Boutique Service, 4 Howe Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6TD.
E-payment: secure payment
On the FORMES site, communication of information about your credit card number benefits from a special type of protection in order to respect confidentiality. This information is not accessible to FORMES. When paying by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Switch) payment of your order is made by following the instructions on the secure site WORLDPAY. By using your credit/debit card, you are authorising your bank/credit card company to debit your account relative to the information communicated by FORMES, and in the absence of an invoice signed by you. If a problem arises do not hesitate to contact FORMES “online boutique” Service.
Your order is validated by the payment of your purchases authorised by WORLDPAY. It will be processed on receipt. You will be charged for the entire order along with the corresponding delivery charges. If any or all of the items that you order are out of stock, you will be refunded accordingly via WORLDPAY. If an error occurs through a fault on our part and a payment is charged for an item that wasn’t ordered, we will reimburse you as soon as possible.
FORMES quality
FORMES creates its collections, controls the quality of each garment, supervises the manufacturing and controls distribution. FORMES rigorously controls the quality of its clothing by checking each stage.
The garments presented on the website are described and photographed with the greatest attention to detail. If, despite all of our precautions, a mistake occurs, we do not accept liability.
In all dealings between FORMES and its clients, anything not contested within a month following delivery, will not be subject to a claim.
In addition, items are available while stocks last and correspond to the prices in the shops in the UK.
Price
The price of the goods are displayed in pounds sterling, all taxes included. They are guarateed until 31st july 2008, except in the case of error or omission in the text. For all foreign purchases, if one or more legal taxes are varied upward or downward during the course of the season, these changes may be reflected in the prices of the goods.
Customs duty
The countries and territories outside the European Union frequently apply customs duty to imported goods. This customs duty, to be paid on delivery, is your responsibility. By way of compensation, and only for countries outside Switzerland and the European Union, we apply a reduced rate of the sum of UK VAT.

Delivery to suit you
Delivery of your goods will only be made if the goods are in stock. All our deliveries are shipped from the UK, by recorded post, to the address you have given us.
For each delivery the cost of shipment is automatically calculated and added to the total of your order. The cost depends on the delivery method and destination.
If you wish to know the cost of delivery in advance contact the “online boutique” service, indicating the list of desired items.
Guaranteed service
The garment you have received doesn’t suit you: we guarantee an exchange.
If you are not happy with a garment received you can exchange it by returning it to us, carriage paid within 21 days following the date on which you received your parcel. After this time, any return will have to be with our prior agreement. The unwanted garment must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by the duplicate invoice.
When goods are being exchanged, the shipment to you is free for the first exchange by post, and automatically invoiced for all other cases according to the method specified when you place your order, the amount of which will depend on the weight of your parcel and the destination. If the return is a result of an error on our part, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed on request. The exchange can only take place if the goods are available in stock.
